Service Results

ASIT does not guarantee results but merely agrees to use reasonable diligence in attempting to accomplish its obligations and shall be entitled to payment on that basis.

 

ASIT shall not be liable for any non-performance of equipment and to the extent that it shall be unable to carry out its obligations owing to any circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to force majeure, war, acts of God, Government acts, fire, flood, explosion, industrial dispute or impossibility of obtaining materials.

 

Service

ASIT allows a period of 1 week from date of installations for customers to log issues. All issues notified to ASIT within 1 week will be covered as part of the installation. All issues reported after this date will be subject to service cost.

 

“Date of installation” is defined as the last date and engineer was onsite installing the equipment/ software etc.

 

Service delay

ASIT shall not be liable for any damages caused by delay in delivering or furnishing any services.

 

3rd-party Services

Where ASIT make recommendations to clients we do so in good faith and do not accept any responsibility or liability for/of the provision or otherwise of that service by the 3rd party.

 

Loss or Damage

ASIT shall not be liable to the customer for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly in conjunction with services provided by Adam Smyth IT or 3rd party service providers except to the extent that such liability may not be lawfully excluded.

 

Consequential loss or damage

ASIT expressly excludes liability for consequential loss or damage which may arise from hardware & software installations, setup & configuration, General IT support, and any 3rd party services.

 

Public Liability insurance

All Technical staff of ASIT are covered by public liability insurance while on customer’s premises.

 

Payment Terms

ASIT provides 30 days credit to customers.
